Edge Profile N°14 (18 cm)

Welcome to 1900! Our Edge Profile N°14 embodies the Paris Bistros of the turn of the XX th century.
We had restored a “comptoir” from the 1900s with this edge profile for the G7 in Biarritz in August 2019. It became the place where consensus was met.

If you visit Paris, try having lunch or dinner at “La Petite Périgourdine“, just a minute’s walk from Le Panthéon (39 rue des Écoles, 75005 Paris). Enjoy a glass on the “comptoir” before sitting down to a delightful dinner with traditional entrées and main courses from Périgord but also all parts of the Auvergne region.

The gentle curves which characterize the “Art Nouveau” (Modern Art) movement were inspired by nature. Admire the waves of the “Zinc” at “Les Papilles”, one of the most heartwarming restaurants in Paris, which also happens to be around the corner from “La Sorbonne” university. This neighborhood used to be the centre of the world for all the artists of the “Art Nouveau” era: Louis Majorelle, Victor Lalique, …
The chic equilibrium of this edge profile can also be seen at “Le Campanella”, just off the Champ de Mars in the posh 7th arrondissement. This wonderful Brasserie is a real local bistro : a soul, a warm atmosphere, a history, … and a beautiful “Zinc” bar.
