Majestic or even regal… there is something about the shapes of this Edge Profile from the early XXth century, alike our N° 25 to which it is contemporary(renvoi vers la bordure N°25).
Our Profile N°24 is seldom chosen nowadays… is it too luxurious? Is it because most of our clients have often opted for a front raising? It has been recently produced for counter tops that undulate in waves, generally on top of sober furniture.
Go see it at “Le Cabanon” in the trendy Batignolles area. The dark wood panels emphasize the counter top’s sparkling effect even more. This bar top was soldered on the spot to encircle one of the building pillars in it. The wallpaper pictures an abundant, winding, and luxuriant tropical forest. The classic brass lamps were also made to measure. One could be in an enchanted garden! Light flows into the whole place through magnificent moveable glass windows leading to a terrace filled with Gatti chairs with braids of colours that are identical to the wall paper … magic!
Counters N°110 et N°102 were restored with this edge profile.
