Yves Camdeborde is a French star; one of the founders of the “Bistronomie” movement. He is also a fantastic customer as every one of his 4 restaurants in Paris has a “Nectoux” bar top.
Enjoy a moment on “le zinc”… and you will never want to leave.

Headcheese, Paris ham, pistachio head, white sausage, Toulouse sausage, Guéméné andouille… The glass front of this address, located within the Saint Germain market, announces the colour. Totally pig. From the head to the tail. The counter is 10m long. As in other « Avant-Comptoirs », the names of the dishes are hung at the ceiling and you can gather around a Zinc.

This great Chef decorates all his facilities with a pewter bar top. He is one of the leaders of the bistro cuisine: he founded with others, the Bistronomie movement which militates for savoring his marvelous cuisine on a counter. A straight and delightful cuisine, with tight prices, sincerity, talent. The door is made to enter, not to get out. The different places are all convivial and warm. The Zinc becomes the central element of each facility (Avant Comptoir de la Mer, de la Terre…) and puts in perspective a very modern side thanks to the pure line of the Edge Profile N°19.
